The KL3408 analog input terminal is designed to handle signals within the range of -10 to +10 V. It digitizes the voltage with a resolution of 12 bits and transmits the data, maintaining electrical isolation, to the higher-level automation device. Consolidating eight channels within a single housing, the KL3408 is particularly well-suited for space-efficient installation in control cabinets. Utilizing single conductor connection technology allows the integration of multi-channel sensor setups with minimal space requirements. The power contacts are interconnected, and the 0 V power contact serves as the reference ground for all inputs. Additionally, LEDs provide visual feedback on the data exchange with the Bus Coupler.
